We’ve grown from a small warehouse in Bangalore to an integrated team of over 60 people across 6 cities in India.Our vision?To set new standards in non-drinking water filtration while fostering healthier lives and contributing to a sustainable planet.About the role:We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Assistant Manager – E-commerce to oversee and grow our digital presence across marketplaces and brand websites. You will play a critical role in scaling e-commerce operations, managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, and driving both top-line and bottom-line performance. This is a cross-functional role that demands strong analytical acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution capabilities across e-commerce and digital channels.Key Responsibilities:E-commerce Operations & Marketplace ManagementManage daily operations across key online marketplaces and brand platforms.Execute campaigns across marketplaces, Meta, and other digital channels to meet revenue targets.Ensure healthy inventory levels and stock availability across all channels.Optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion.Coordinate with marketplaces to identify and execute revenue growth opportunities.Monitor and respond to customer reviews, feedback, and escalations.Collaborate with internal teams to run ad campaigns and improve RoAS across channels.Analytics & StrategyTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic, conversions, and revenue.Analyze campaign and sales data to generate insights, recommend optimizations, and guide strategic decisions.Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to address blockers and enhance overall e-commerce performance.Preferred Candidate Profile5–7 years of experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing.Hands-on experience managing operations across online marketplaces.Solid understanding of marketplace algorithms, PPC, and campaign performance metrics.Proven ability to scale ad campaigns across various channels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
