The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive the store’s performance in alignment with company goals. The Store Manager is responsible for operational excellence, team leadership, sales growth, inventory control, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.Key Responsibilities:1. Store Operations & PerformanceOversee all day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, visual and safety standards.Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure timely updates and information flow to the management at all times2. Team Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, train, and develop a high-performing store team.Schedule staff effectively to optimize productivity and customer service.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.3.
