We’re Hiring: Customer Experience Executive (Voice, Chat & Email Support)Location: Sector-9, Panchkula⏰ Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Fixed)️ Industry: Gaming (because yes, work can be fun)What You’ll Be Doing:- Be the go-to person for customer support via Voice, Chat, and Email (inbound & outbound). - Handle every interaction like a boss—ensuring First Contact Resolution (FCR) whenever possible. - Stay cool under pressure and follow set processes to deliver top-tier service. - Keep track of customer requests and follow up like a legend to make sure issues are fully resolved. - Be a voice of empathy, clarity, and helpfulness at all times.What We’re Looking For:- 1+ year experience in a customer support role (yep, this one’s for those with some real-world XP). - Comfortable with CRM tools—you don’t have to be a wizard, but knowing your way around helps. - If you’ve been in the gaming or skill-based gaming industry, major bonus points ️. - Fluent in English & Hindi—spoken and written (you gotta sound good and write even better). - Someone who genuinely cares about solving problems and doing it right. - A team player who’s always up for learning and growing.
