Role Overview: We are seeking a high-performance Paid Campaign Consultant who lives and breathes ROAS, media buying, A/B testing, and analytics. This role requires someone who has consistently achieved 3X+ ROAS across e-commerce, lead gen, and brand campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopping Campaigns, and other paid media channels.What You'll Do: • Strategize, execute, and optimize high-budget Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Shopping Campaigns. • Achieve at least 3X ROAS for various client verticals. • Manage full-funnel campaign planning, audience segmentation, bid management, and creatives optimization. • Lead A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve conversions. • Collaborate with our creative team for ad copies, video ads, and performance creatives. • Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel. • Identify new media buying opportunities and growth channels.What We Expect: ✅ 1-3 years of proven hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopping, and Performance Marketing. ✅ Consistent 3X or higher ROAS achievement history (show portfolio during interview). ✅ Proficiency in GTM (Google Tag Manager), GA4, Data Studio, and conversion tracking setups. ✅ Strong grip on copies, hooks, storytelling in ads, and ad psychology. ✅ Expertise in A/B testing, audience funneling, and budget optimization strategies. ✅ Up-to-date knowledge of media buying trends, ad platforms, and algorithm changes. ✅ Self-starter attitude with a sharp analytical and data-driven mindset.Good to Have: • Experience with e-commerce performance campaigns and D2C brands. • Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Programmatic Buying. • Exposure to CRM, retargeting, and full-funnel automation.• Work with industry-leading brands and aggressive ad budgets. • Freedom to test, innovate, and break rules. • Collaborative, performance-driven culture with focus on growth. • Hybrid work culture, flexibility to work remotely as per project demands.
