This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, relationship management, and scaling innovative products. You will play a critical role in driving SuperPe’s growth by acquiring new customers, forging strategic partnerships, and helping us expand into new markets.Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new clients/partners through outbound and inbound channels. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Pitch SuperPe’s products and solutions to prospective customers in a compelling and solution-oriented manner. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to execute campaigns and improve customer conversion. Track and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and client feedback to the leadership team. Represent SuperPe at industry events, networking meets, and partner engagements (where applicable).Requirements 0–4 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a related role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Highly self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to understand and communicate fintech products effectively.
