We’ve gone from 0 to $2M in pre-orders in the US and we are now looking for a leader to power our next phase of growth.You would be working in the trenches with the founders for this role - building through our GTM and achieving $10M in pre-orders over the next 2 quarters.What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha?In this role you would:Big-Picture Ownership- Be Posha’s voice: Tell the story of a category-creating cooking robot and drive top-of-funnel awareness. - Own the content calendar: Plan and prioritize all copy across email, social, website, mobile app, and in-product touchpoints.Day-to-Day Executiona. Copywriting & Campaigns- Craft punchy, conversion-ready copy for newsletters, social posts, flyers, brochures, and packaging while partnering with designers to make every asset shine.b. Website Messaging- Turn AI-heavy product features into clear, benefit-led stories; keep pages fresh, fun, and SEO-friendly.c. Mobile App & In-Product Copy- Write micro-copy, onboarding flows, error messages, tooltips, and push notifications that guide users and reinforce Posha’s friendly tone. - Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to ensure every in-app word is purposeful, concise, and on-brand.d.
