NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED FACTORY MANAGER FOR AMADORA ICE CREAMLocation: ChennaiFacility Size: 10,000 sq. ft.Reach: Supplying to 50+ stores across South IndiaIndustry: Premium Artisanal Ice CreamWe’re growing fast and looking for a seasoned Factory Manager to take charge of operations at our centralized ice cream manufacturing facility in Chennai. This factory is the heartbeat of Amadora, and you’ll be at the center of the action, ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency as we scale across the South.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily production operations, maintenance, and hygiene of the 10,000 sq. ft. facility - Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet supply requirements for 50+ retail stores - Maintain strict adherence to FSSAI and internal quality standards - Implement and monitor SOPs for production, packaging, cold storage, and dispatch - Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries - Lead a team of line supervisors, production staff, and quality controllers - Manage preventive maintenance of equipment and ensure minimal downtime - Coordinate with R&D on new product trials and process improvements - Ensure accurate documentation, daily reporting, and audit readiness - Maintain a culture of cleanliness, safety, and accountability across shiftsRequirements:- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing food production (ice cream/dairy preferred) - Strong understanding of cold chain management, HACCP, and production planning - Proven leadership skills — able to motivate teams and manage scale - Tech-savvy with knowledge of inventory and production software systems - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to growth and scale quicklyWhy Join Amadora?You’ll be joining a fast-scaling, proudly Indian premium ice cream brand known for innovation, small-batch excellence, and obsessive quality.
