Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and drivenSales Manager / BD Executivewith a strong background indigital media ad sales , especially inprogrammatic media buying . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through ad sales to agencies and direct clients. Key Responsibilities:Drive business growth through sales of digital advertising solutions, with a focus onprogrammatic media buying . Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of leads from agencies and direct advertisers. Identify client needs and tailor programmatic advertising solutions accordingly. Work closely with internal strategy, trading, and campaign teams to deliver proposals and close deals. Develop deep relationships with media agencies, trading desks, and marketing heads. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in the AdTech ecosystem. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Requirements:3–7 years of experience indigital media sales , preferably with expertise inprogrammatic advertisingor performance marketing. Strong network of contacts within digital agencies and brand advertisers in India. Solid understanding of programmatic buying platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-starter attitude with a passion for sales and relationship-building.
