The Gen-AI Growth Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing growth marketing strategies, analyzing marketing analytics, employing growth hacking techniques, generating leads, and utilizing web analytics. The role requires collaboration with various teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing efforts for Better Nutrition.Qualifications Proven ROAS wins and solid prompt-engineering chops— you must show results and demonstrate how you used Gen-AI to achieve them. Hands-on experience running and optimizingMeta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ad campaigns . Strong working knowledge ofgenerative AI tools(e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway) to create high-performing ad content. Ability to rapidly test, iterate, and scale ad creatives based onperformance data and audience insights . Proficiency in usingperformance marketing tools(Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, etc.). Understanding ofaudience segmentation, conversion funnels, and ad personalizationusing Gen-AI content. Creative mindset with the ability to turn product positioning intoscroll-stopping copy and visualsusing AI workflows.
