Job Description

Role Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented State Head - Sales to lead the sales operations in Odisha. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales growth, manage high-performing teams, and build strong channel and partner ecosystems across the state.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve state-level targets across all business verticals. - Build, train, and lead a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and Executives. - Expand market reach through freelancers & CSC points - Drive new customer acquisition and manage key client relationships in the state. - Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights. - Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and deliverables. - Ensure timely reporting and review mechanisms to monitor sales performance. - Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). - Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building teams. - Good understanding of local market and consumer behavior in Odisha. - Proficiency in Odia, Hindi, and English is preferred. - Willingness to travel extensively within the state.KPIs:- Monthly and quarterly sales targets - Channel partner performance & expansion - Team development & retention - Customer satisfaction & feedback - Market share growth in the region
