The ideal candidate would need to haveextensive experience in Life, Annuity and employee benefits insurance operations or business consulting with significant exposure to product management.Responsibilities Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends. Provide strategic consulting to clients on L&A insurance processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in L&A operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solution for response to proposals Create and publish thought leadership content, generating mindshare in the marketplace.Minimum Qualifications Extensive experience in life and annuity insurance operations or consulting Proven track record in product management within the L&A domain. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Industry-specific certifications or qualifications Experience working in a global or multinational environment Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
