We believe taking baby steps together as a Team is the utmost key to achieving milestones.We are looking for a calm, communicative, and solution-focusedSupport & Escalation Internto manage artist and client queries, assist in content coordination, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations within our dynamic work environment. The role also includes supporting partial content deployment tasks and routine operational duties in the office.Key Responsibilities: Handle client and artist support queries through email, WhatsApp, and internal tools. Log, categorize, and follow up on escalated issues. Assist in partial music/content deployment as directed. Coordinate basic internal operations and maintain status reports.Who We’re Looking For: Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of digital platforms or content operations (preferred). Good organizational and time-management ability.
