Primary Objective:A key role to enable business growth by working on sales and presales activities for the new prospects and managing existing customers relationship. Activities involves developing techno commercial solutions and proposal for new revenues and managing the team for post sales customer support and Operations.Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement regional sales strategy for defined IoT customers and channel partners inorder to achieve short to long-term business results while ensuring the best customer satisfaction.- Identify and develop new customer prospects in the IoT market, establish relation with decisionmakers to pitch our products and solutions.- The Sales / Account Manager is the primary sales interface for the named accounts and channelpartners, including business and administration coverage.- Is accountable for all the revenue streams in his account. - Develop, propose and implement the strategic account planning in line with the Telit Cinterion sales strategy. - Build and expand new customer funnel by identifying new IoT prospects, decision makers andrelevant IoT projects.- Communicate any relevant information, coordinates meetings and minutes with internalstakeholders, where necessary.- Identify new opportunities and position as a key partner within the account, Coordinate tenders’ answers. - Establish high-level strategic relationships with the account. Identify the main contacts anddecision makers. Facilitate the creation of the relevant relationship for the appropriate Telit Cinterion resource.- Interface with various resources within the Business Units to ensure the customer’s needs arefully addressed and that the appropriate resources are allocated in due time to the account.- Collaborate with the Solution Sales Manager to set up project strategies (Pricing, risk analysis,Go/No go)- Follow the project implementations, set up a crisis management plan if necessary. - Ensure the overall customer satisfaction. Build and follow the relevant recovery plans. - Provide the account with the product roadmap and portfolio strategy. - Ensure that relevant market information are communicated internally. - Has a good knowledge of the third parties working in his account to create the relevant synergies.Qualifications:· B.E (Electronics and Communication) with 5 years of experience.· Relevant experience in the field of IoT or semiconductor Industry.· Understanding of the solution for asset tracking / cold chain and supply chain· Great teamwork attitude to work in dynamic environment.· Excellent communications skills – oral and written in English.· Willing to travel in India whenever there is a business requirement.
