What You’ll Achieve Transform Finance with AI:Master and leverage cutting-edge AI tools, redefining financial research and due diligence. Lead Client Success:Engage directly with senior stakeholders at premier global PE, VC, and banking firms, owning client implementation and relationship management. Drive Impactful Outcomes:Identify growth opportunities within client engagements and execute strategic initiatives to improve client satisfaction, retention, and success. Operational Excellence:Continuously refine workflows, proactively share insights, and drive product improvement alongside our founding team. How You’ll Spend Your Time 40% : Build and quality-check high-quality, bespoke workflows in our template library. Accuracy drives trust in financial modeling. 30% : Optimize AI-generated outputs through expertly crafted prompts, maximizing efficiency while retaining significant AI contributions. 20% : Serve as a rotating "Quality Captain," peer-reviewing team deliverables to ensure flawless execution. 10% : Document new tricks, workflow hacks, or data sources in the team playbook. Must-Have Skills 2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or at a BPO serving financial services clients. Proficiency with Cap IQ, FactSet, due diligence reports, and creating lists, decks, and memos. Ability to rapidly learn new AI tools and confidently validate their outputs. Exceptional clarity in written and verbal communication, crucial for engaging senior-level stakeholders. Nice-to-Have MBA or Finance degree from a tier 1 university. CFA Level 1. Advanced Excel skills (dynamic arrays, named ranges, quick macros). How We Work State-of-the-art coworking space in BKC or Lower Parel, Mumbai.
