Your primary role will include monitoring and overseeing sales metrics and the entire inside sales team. You will also be required to communicate at multiple levels within the sales process. Thus, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential. If setting targets and encouraging your team towards achieving them and analyzing potential clients gives you thrills, this job is for you!Responsibilities:- Manage, mentor, and develop the inside sales team. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. - Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes. - Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to improve performance. - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive sales growth. - Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management. - Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. - Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). - Oversee day-to-day sales activities and ensure smooth operations. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.Requirements and Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Total of 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 years in a people manager role. - Candidate should have a background in SaaS product sales, preferably in cybersecurity or MDM/endpoint security. - Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or similar role. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Experience in the US market and readiness to work US shifts (6 PM - 3 AM).
