Job Title

Looking for an Experienced Sourcing specialist with a strong background in electronics component sourcing and manufacturing for electric vehicle platforms. The ideal candidate will have a robust supplier network, sound technical understanding of electronics manufacturing, and a proven track record in cost negotiations, team management, and cross-functional project execution.Key Responsibility :- Own end-to-end sourcing of electronics components (semiconductors, PCBs, sensors, controllers, etc.) for Electric vehicle platforms. - Lead box build assemblies and proprietary parts development through Tier-1 suppliers and EMS partners. - Develop and implement commodity strategies aligned with program timelines and cost targets. - Build and maintain strong supplier relationships across India and overseas to ensure business continuity and innovation access. - Lead negotiations for annual price agreements, rebates, and volume-based contracts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Quality, SCM, Program Management) from concept to SOP. - Manage a small team of sourcing engineers and mentor them toward delivery ownership and process maturity. - Drive cost reduction, dual sourcing, and risk mitigation initiatives across electronic systems.Education :Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & ElectricalsExperience :- 8 to 15 years of experience in electronics sourcing/vendor development, preferably in EV, EMS, or automotive electronics. - Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, including PCBA, magnetics, embedded systems, and final box build. - Demonstrated experience in working with Tier-1 suppliers and proprietary parts development. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills. - Prior experience in managing sourcing for BMS, ECUs, Chargers, Motors, and Power Electronics is Mandatory. - Ability to lead and motivate a team, drive accountability, and deliver under tight timelines.
