With 1,850 Preschools and 60 K-12 Schools, it empowers 1,650 women entrepreneurs and employs a direct and indirect workforce of over 22,000 people.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs - Research and use new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment - Screen candidate applications, schedule & conduct structured interviews by adhering to recruiting & selection guidelines - Assess the applicant's relevant domain knowledge, soft skills, competencies, overall experience & aptitude - Maintain & update candidate database - Negotiate compensation & benefits, make recommendations, and close on candidate offer post-required approvals - Manage pre & post-offer formalities for all selected candidates - Adhere to recruitment SLAs, ensuring delivery within timelines; monitor cost per hire and overall spend - -Ensure HR compliance & internal controls are adhered to - Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to extended HR teams & business stakeholders - Implement best practices for recruitment, look at opportunities to improve processes, and use technology to provide a faster & simpler hiring experience - Manage recruitment vendors (Identification, contracting to Invoicing)EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:Qualifications:- Post-Graduation in HRExperience:- MBA - HR with proven experience in Talent Acquisition - 6 to 10 yearsSkills and Competencies:- Experience of working on social media channels, like LinkedIn, resume databases, and professional networks - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations - Good hands-on experience in managing dashboards, data, analytics etc. - High Ownership Mindset - Team Player
