We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources function across recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. You will be responsible for creating a positive workplace culture, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and managing all people-related operations.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives - Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee life cycle management - Manage payroll, employee benefits, and HR systems - Establish and enforce company policies, processes, and compliance practices - Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution - Lead performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback initiatives - Foster employee engagement and retention through wellness and recognition programs - Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation accurately - Ensure labor law compliance and handle audits/inspections if required - Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with operational goalsQualifications- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Proven experience (3–7 years) as an HR Manager or similar role - Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment - Experience with HR software/toolsShift: UK Shift (1 PM IST to 11 PM IST)
