Key Responsibilities:Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service. Monitor store performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Ensure effective stock management including inventory control, replenishment, and minimizing shrinkage. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner. Conduct staff scheduling, performance reviews, and regular team meetings. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards. Report key metrics (sales, footfall, customer feedback) to senior management.Qualifications & Skills:Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
