CCTC | ECTC | Notice Period | Location Preference nitin.patil@ Act fast for immediate attention! ⏳Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to end-to-endIcertis implementation projects Perform system configurations, including setting upFoundation Objects , workflows, templates, and security roles Manage administration of the Icertis platform, ensuring system integrity and performance Drive themigration of existing CLM systems(e.g., SAP Ariba, Apttus) to Icertis, including data mapping, validation, and deployment Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical configurations Support integration activities with other enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) Provide hands-on support in resolving technical issues and optimizing the system Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring best practices in configuration and deployment Coordinate with vendor or client-side teams as required Must-Have Skills: 8+ years of overall experience in IT or enterprise applications 3–5 years of hands-on experience withIcertis Contract Management (ICM) Strong understanding ofCLM processesand contract data management Proficient in configuringFoundation Objects , workflows, clauses, approval rules, and templates Experience withCLM tool migration– especially from platforms like SAP Ariba or Apttus to Icertis Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team leadership or mentoring experience Good-to-Have Skills: Experience integrating Icertis withERP or CRM systems(e.g., SAP, Salesforce) Familiarity withIcertis APIsand custom report development Exposure toDevOps and deployment toolswithin a SaaS environment Understanding of clause libraries, document types, and legal review workflows Icertis certification or equivalent CLM certifications
