Align all campaigns with broader marketing strategies and company goals. Performance Monitoring & Optimization Continuously track and analyze campaign KPIs. Use insights and A/B testing to refine ad creatives, targeting, and strategies to maximize ROI. Budget Management Manage and optimize campaign budgets efficiently. Monitor spend, track ROI, and reallocate resources for maximum performance impact. Reporting & Analytics Prepare regular reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations. Present data-driven findings to internal stakeholders for decision-making and strategic planning. Customer Acquisition Strategy Develop and execute strategies aimed at increasing high-quality lead generation and customer acquisition. Focus on lowering acquisition costs and improving conversion rates. A/B Testing & Funnel Optimization Test and iterate landing pages, CTAs, and ad variations to improve campaign results. Continuously refine customer journeys for better engagement and conversions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align digital strategies with business outcomes. Ensure consistent messaging across channels and touchpoints. Training & Development Conduct weekly training sessions for the call center team, bi-weekly unit-specific training, and mock calls. Provide monthly training status reports and ensure upskilling in lead handling and product knowledge. Industry Trend Awareness Stay updated on digital marketing best practices, trends, and competitor strategies. Apply new learnings to enhance campaign competitiveness and effectiveness.Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing with strongGoogle Adsexpertise. Deep knowledge of performance tracking, conversion optimization, and ROI analysis.
