Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closing. Collaborate with internal tech and marketing teams to align solutions with client requirements. Attend industry events, webinars, and networking meetups to expand reach and visibility. Track and report sales metrics and insights regularly. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development/sales within aservice-based IT industry. Strong understanding of IT services, digital solutions, and SaaS platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
