Job Description

As an AGM – Interiors, you will be responsible for:Project Design & Coordination- Prepare comprehensive design briefs and manage coordination between consultants, internal teams, and vendors. - Conduct regular progress review meetings with consultants, contractors, and project execution teams. - Stay updated with material innovations and sourcing trends relevant to luxury residential and commercial interiors. - Recommend and pilot new design concepts or materials that enhance efficiency, sustainability, or cost-effectiveness.Execution & Quality Management- Monitor project execution to ensure alignment with approved drawings, specifications, budgets, and timelines. - Provide clear direction for resolving on-site challenges, escalating unresolved issues as required to maintain progress. - Ensure workmanship, finishes, and material applications meet Viceroy’s quality and design standards. - Identify recurring site issues and propose long-term process or vendor improvements. - Build a system to capture client/end-user feedback post-handover to influence future design and quality decisions.Coordination with Internal & External Stakeholders- Collaborate with the procurement team to identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors and contractors as per project timelines. - Monitor and track project costs; recommend value engineering solutions when necessary. - Review consultant drawings, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies promptly.Documentation & Reporting- Maintain updated project documentation, MIS trackers, and reports for internal reviews. - Track and evaluate the performance of consultants, vendors, and contractors across projects. - Provide periodic project updates and reports to leadership and relevant departments.Project Leadership & Decision-Making- Identify potential issues in contractual, estimation, or execution stages and resolve them in coordination with leadership. - Lead problem-solving on-site by providing actionable decisions and maintaining project momentum. - Lead the interior project team, set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative, accountable work environment. - Encourage a continuous improvement culture by driving initiatives for process optimization, documentation, and operational efficiency.Core Requirements- Diploma/ Graduation in - Interiors with prior experience of working on luxury/semi-luxury residential and commercial interior projects. - Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, PowerPoint presentations, and AI-based presentation tools; knowledge of Photoshop will be an advantage. - 15+ years of relevant work experience. - Should have excellent interpersonal skills and be capable of driving a diverse set of people and vendors to a common goal. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solution-oriented mindset. - Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
