As we move into a new phase of structured growth, brand evolution, and deeper market penetration, we are looking to strengthen our leadership team with the addition of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who can drive both strategic thinking and operational execution across our marketing and sales functions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, senior leadership role based at our headquarters in Perumbavoor, Kochi, Kerala. The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and leading the company’s national marketing and sales strategy, with a strong focus on channel management, brand building, market expansion, and revenue growth.The role requires a blend of strategic foresight, ground-level execution experience, team leadership, and a deep understanding of both traditional and emerging marketing approaches. The CMO will work closely with the board and promoters and will play a critical role in shaping the next chapter of Aquatech’s journey.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the company’s marketing and sales operations across all Indian states - Develop and implement strategies to grow brand equity, customer engagement, and market share - Drive go-to-market plans for new products, geographies, and channel expansions - Strengthen and scale Aquatech’s channel partner ecosystem, including dealer/distributor networks, incentive programs, and regional sales enablement - Drive product visibility through ATL, BTL, trade, and digital marketing initiatives - Implement data-driven marketing strategies and set up strong regional sales structures and performance frameworks - Utilize marketing analytics and customer insights to guide decision-making and campaign refinement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing, operations, and product development - Mentor and lead high-performing marketing and regional sales teamsQualifications- 15+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with 10+ years in a senior leadership role - Industry experience in manufacturing, building materials, piping, infrastructure, or hardware products preferred - Strong understanding of channel sales, dealer ecosystems, and South Indian market dynamics - Experience with or readiness for Pan-India market expansion - Demonstrated ability to scale teams, manage budgets, and lead brand transformation efforts - Excellent leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills - Comfortable operating in a structured yet entrepreneurial environment - MBA from a reputed institution preferredLocationKochi, KeralaFull-time | On-site leadership roleWhat We Offer- A core leadership position in a stable and fast-growing Indian company - Opportunity to lead brand and business strategy at a national level - High degree of autonomy and collaboration with promoters and board - Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and long-term growth potential
