Job Title: Customer Service Sales Specialist Location: Remote (Work From Home) Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month Joining: Immediate Minimum Relevant Experience - 1 - 5 Years Language Requirement: Excellent communication in English (additional language is a plus)Job Profile: We are seeking a proactive and results-drivenCustomer Service Sales Specialistto manageinbound leadsand close sales through digital platforms, including ourwebsite, Instagram, and WhatsApp . This remote position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build rapport with customers in a fast-paced online retail environment.You will serve as the primary point of contact for potential buyers, handling queries professionally, guiding them through the purchasing process, and converting interest into successful sales.Key Responsibilities (KRA): 1. Lead Management & Sales Conversion Promptly respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and website chat/email. Engage leads with product knowledge, personalised suggestions, and offers. Guide customers through the purchase journey — from inquiry to checkout. Maintain a high response rate and fast turnaround times.2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building Maintain a warm, courteous, and professional tone in all communications. Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales. Build trust and rapport to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.3. Target Achievement Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Report sales metrics, customer feedback, and trends to the management team. Proactively suggest improvements in scripts, follow-up strategies, or tools to enhance conversions.4. Platform Management Monitor and manage incoming messages and inquiries on all platforms. Ensure product information shared with customers is accurate and up-to-date. Coordinate with the operations or logistics team if needed for order fulfilment queries.5. Feedback and Reporting Log all conversations and updates in the CRM or sales tracker. Provide regular updates on lead status, sales closed, and performance trends. Share customer feedback with the team for improving service and product offerings.Key Skills Required: Excellent written and verbal communication in English (fluency in an additional language is a plus). Strong selling and negotiation skills. Experience using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and website chat tools for sales. High responsiveness and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM systems or lead tracking tools. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented. Prior experience in online customer service or sales (preferred).Why Join Us?
