Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamicHR Managerto join our team and lead all aspects of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have 8-9 years of experience in HR, preferably within the F&B industry, and will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle. This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, align HR strategies with business goals, and be a strong people advocate.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, hiring). Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Build a strong employer brand to attract top talent in the F&B industry. Employee Relations & Engagement Address employee grievances, manage conflict resolution, and ensure a positive work environment. Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities. Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews, and analyze feedback for improvements. Performance Management Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (OKRs, KRAs, etc.). Collaborate with managers to set goals, conduct reviews, and drive continuous feedback. HR Policies & Compliance Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health & safety regulations, and industry standards. Handle audits, documentation, and employee record-keeping. Payroll & HR Operations Coordinate with the finance team for timely and accurate payroll processing. Manage leaves, attendance, and time-off policies through HRMS tools. Maintain and update employee data in HR systems. Learning & Development Identify training needs and design internal/external training programs. Create career development plans and succession strategies. Culture & Diversity Champion a culture of inclusion, respect, and continuous improvement. Lead DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) initiatives as applicable. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 6–7 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in theFood & Beverageindustry. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, BambooHR). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
