We’ve always believed in the power of great talent and have mentored and trained people that are today, at the very top of their game.As a graphic designer at Xeye, you will be working on a multitude of projects with our creative and brand directors for clients in India and overseas. You will get to design brand experiences across multiple disciplines - including Identity, print, digital and web.Apply if you Have a positive, can-do, will get it done attitude Have an innate passion for design and constant hunger to learn Have excellent communication skills - can fluently speak in English and explain your ideas and design rationale (additional languages are most welcome - we love to learn) Are insanely (borderline obsessive) detail oriented Have demonstrable work across multiple design disciplines Have at least 2-5 years of experience (freshers - you may apply but only if you have an absolutely exceptional track record and proven portfolio) Have either worked with cross functional teams or worked with clients Work super hard to ensure that you take your ideas to completion Are very meticulous about getting the smallest of details right Are willing to take direction and patiently learn (are in it for the long haul - no flings please) Have a fantastic design portfolio Can ignore the above statement because you’re super-gifted and literally were born creative and can prove it by showing amazing experimental work / personal projects Love to stay updated on the latest tech and can teach your peers a thing or two about Gen AI based toolsSkills, kudos points and more Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD and more) Gen AI tools, prompts, and the evolution of tech in general ++ If you can animate Super ++ if you can show Gen AI experiments or experience along with your design expertise Super duper ++ if you have delivered work across multiple disciplines and mediums and can also demonstrate your achievements in environmental branding and experiential designA CV without an explicit link to the portfolio/work examples will not be considered.Job-hoppers are graciously requested to not waste their time here.A summary note on why we should chose you would help you quite a bit - We love a proper backstory
