Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of education assessment projects aligned with government and education board requirements. - Design and oversee assessment tools and methodologies, ensuring psychometric rigor and validity. - Apply Item Response Theory (IRT PRO) techniques to analyze and interpret assessment data. - Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, education boards, and internal teams. - Manage the creation of comprehensive reports, presentations, and operational documentation for project delivery and stakeholder communication. - Utilize data collection tools, survey platforms, and appropriate analysis methodologies to ensure high-quality data. - Support continuous improvement efforts by integrating assessment frameworks and best practices. - Maintain proficiency with MS Office Suite, project management software, and online survey platforms to ensure smooth project execution.Minimum Qualifications:- Post-graduate/Master’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institute. - 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years working on education assessment projects for government entities. - Demonstrated proficiency in tool design and psychometric analysis. - Proven experience working with Item Response Theory (IRT PRO). - Strong background in leading assessment initiatives focused on measuring student learning outcomes. - Hands-on experience in project planning, coordination, and execution. - Ability to work collaboratively in multi-stakeholder environments. - Experience in producing detailed reports, presentations, and operational documentation for large-scale projects. - Familiarity with data collection and survey tools and methodologies. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and online survey platforms.
