As our Senior Visual Designer, you’ll help us craft everything from landing pages to scroll-stopping social graphics, slick eBooks, and ad creatives that actually convert.You’ll own the visual language of Factors across the funnel and across formats—shaping how we look, feel, and connect with our audience.Design high-converting landing pages, engaging social media graphics, crisp eBooks, sleek ads, and everything in between.Bring our brand to life through conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and a knack for breaking down complex ideas into beautiful, digestible design.Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to make sure every visual asset serves a purpose—and hits the goal.Maintain a consistent visual language across touchpoints. Think: typography, colors, layouts, illustrations, icons—you get the idea.Translate single ideas into multiple design assets tailored for different platformsWhat We’re Looking For
