About the Role: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Credit Manager to join our team at a leading NBFC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit assessment and underwriting, preferably within the banking or NBFC Responsibilities: - Evaluate and assess credit proposals for secured and unsecured loan products. - Perform detailed credit analysis and ensure adherence to internal credit policy guidelines. - Conduct risk assessments and recommend appropriate credit limits and terms. - Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications. - Monitor portfolio performance and take corrective actions as needed. - Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal Bachelor's degree or MBA in Finance, Business, or a related field. - 3 to 5 years of experience in credit underwriting or credit appraisal in a bank or NBFC. - In-depth knowledge of secured and unsecured lending products. - Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills. - Proficiency in credit risk assessment tools and techniques.
