About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team at a mid-management level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business goals, and delivering strategic insights to support their growth. You will serve as the key liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and value delivery.Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and relationship management.- Engage in deep dialogue with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities.- Analyze client data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Delivery) to align solutions with client needs.- Develop and present compelling value propositions to both existing clients and new business leads.- Drive client retention and satisfaction through regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and performance reporting.- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.- Support the sales team in prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing new business deals.Qualifications & Skills - 46 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a related field.- MBA is a plus- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client data and translate it into strategic insights.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on client success.- Experience in SaaS, consulting, or technology services is a plus.
