Job Purpose: As a Branch Manager Agency Channel, you will be responsible for leading and managing the agency sales team within the Jhansi branch to achieve and exceed business targets. You will focus on agent recruitment, training, motivation, and performance management to drive sales of PNB MetLife's insurance products and build a high-performing agency force. Key Sales Management: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass the branch's sales targets for the agency channel. - Monitor and analyze sales performance of individual agents and the overall branch agency team. - Drive sales productivity through effective coaching, guidance, and performance management of agents. - Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance guidelines, and ethical sales practices. Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and the ability to drive sales Skills: Experience in identifying, attracting, and recruiting quality sales agents.
