The company's solutions cater to a variety of industries, offering features like real-time tracking, flexible pricing, and reliable delivery support across multiple cities.Job Title: Sr. Associate - Talent Acquisition (Non-Tech Hiring)Experience: 3-6 yearsEducation: MBA - HR preferredLocations: BangaloreIndustry Preference: RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) or CorporateHiring Focus: Non-Tech focused (roles like Marketing, Finance, etc.)About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in non-tech hiring (Marketing, Finance, etc.) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder collaboration, and HR analytics. This role requires excellent vendor management, communication skills, and the ability to meet hiring targets efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles, specializing in Marketing, Finance, Sales and other related domains. - Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent. - Source candidates through direct channels, job portals, referrals, and recruitment agencies (vendors). - Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. - Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, etc.). - Manage vendor relationships (agencies, job boards, etc.) and negotiate contracts when necessary. - Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices. - Drive diversity hiring initiatives and employer branding efforts.-Desired Skills & Qualifications:- 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in RPO or corporate HR. - - Strong expertise in non-technical hiring (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, etc.). - - Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and meet hiring targets. - - Experience working with HR metrics & recruitment analytics. - - Excellent vendor management & negotiation skills. - - Strong communication, interpersonal, and candidate engagement skills. - - Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems, Darwinbox) & recruiting tools.-Preferred Background:- Candidates from RPO firms or corporate HR teams with non-tech hiring experience. - - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring demands.About Hireginie: Hireginie is a prominent talent search company specializing in connecting top talent with leading organizations.
