Job Description: Property Marketing ExecutiveRole Overview:The Property Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing activations at specific properties within key micro markets. This role involves direct customer engagement, on-ground marketing efforts, and collaboration with builder representatives to drive HomeLane’s visibility and sales.Key Responsibilities:- Property-Level Engagements: - Conduct in-property activations, including kiosk setups and design consultations at builder offices. - Participate in site visit weekends, key handover events, and property registration events. - Ensure seamless execution of property-specific marketing strategies. - Community & Referral Marketing: - Engage with property-specific WhatsApp & Telegram groups to drive interest and conversions. - Identify and onboard homeowner ambassadors to advocate for HomeLane within their communities. - Execute referral programs, offering exclusive incentives to existing HomeLane customers. - Micromarket & Out-of-Property Activations: - Set up and manage kiosks in high-footfall areas near properties nearing possession. - Support OOH advertising initiatives to maximize HomeLane's visibility in key areas. - Performance & Sales Contribution: - Track engagement metrics such as meetings, orders booked (M2O), and penetration within apartment complexes. - Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts translate into conversions.Key Requirements:- 2-4 years of experience in property marketing, real estate sales. - Strong understanding of residential real estate markets and homebuyer behavior. - Hands-on experience in on-ground marketing and customer engagement. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
