Job Title: AGM – Human ResourcesLocation: Delhi – Sultanpur Experience: Minimum 10 Years in Logistics/Warehousing Team Size : 10 Joining: Immediate to maximum of 30 daysWe are seeking a strategic and hands-on AGM – HR (managing pan India location) to lead end-to-end Human Resource functions across our logistics warehousing operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in industrial relations, white & blue-collar workforce management, vendor coordination, labour law compliance, and training & development, with strong experience in resolving ground-level business issues across multiple locations. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities:Industrial Relations & Government Liaison - Maintain effective liaison with labour offices and statutory authorities. - Proactively manage industrial relations, union handling, and grievance redressal. - Ensure legal compliance under all applicable labour and employment laws. - Represent the company during labour inspections and compliance audits. ️ Manpower Management & Hiring - Lead blue-collar and white-collar hiring, including direct and third-party recruitment. - Drive NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) hiring and reporting. - Maintain and analyze manpower vendor performance and data across sites. - Optimize manpower deployment in coordination with operations teams. Compliance & Audit - Ensure full customer compliance management across warehouse locations. - Address and close customer audit queries related to HR and statutory matters. - Conduct periodic vendor compliance audits and share improvement plans. - Keep updated documentation for all compliance checkpoints. New Project Implementation - Partner with project teams to plan and execute HR setup for new warehouses, especially for large-format sites. - Establish hiring pipelines, HR infra, and statutory processes from Day 1. HR Operations & Strategy - Lead payroll administration ensuring accuracy and legal compliance. - Analyze and reduce attrition and absenteeism rates through data-driven initiatives. - Regularly visit warehouse locations to solve on-ground people and process challenges. - Provide actionable insights and resolution support to business leaders. Learning & Development - Design and execute structured training programs and master classes for all levels. - Drive a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. - Develop SOPs and learning content tailored to logistics and warehouse operations. ________________________________________ Candidate Profile:- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field. - 10+ years of HR leadership experience in Logistics, Warehousing, or E-commerce supply chain. - Proven track record in blue & white collar hiring, industrial relations, and vendor management. - Strong understanding of labour laws, customer compliance requirements, and HR audits. - Must be willing to travel across locations to manage people-related challenges proactively. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.#Human Resources (HR) #Logistics #Warehousing #E-Commerce Supply Chain #Industrial Relations #Labour Laws #Vendor Management #HR Operations and Strategy #Learning and Development #Project Implementation #Compliance and Audit #Manpower Management and Hiring #Government Liasion
