Job Title: Salesforce/Informatica BI AnalystLocation: Remote (India)Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiners PreferredAbout the Role:We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce/Informatica BI Analyst to support critical integrations and data flows within our pharmaceutical business line. This role requires a solid understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud, Informatica, and cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud (OPH), and Airflow.You’ll be responsible for managing data pipelines, troubleshooting environments via SSH, and ensuring seamless data migration across systems to support analytics and operations.Key Responsibilities:Work with Salesforce Health Cloud and Informatica to manage data integration workflows.Enable and monitor data flows to/from Informatica using secure environments, including SSH access and virtual machines.Troubleshoot and resolve data or infrastructure issues across cloud and on-premise systems.Support migration of data outputs into Airflow pipelines and into the AWS ecosystem.Collaborate on integrations with Google Cloud (OPH) and manage OAPI/Pharma-related data workflows.Work closely with engineering and analytics teams to support business intelligence needs.Qualifications:4+ years of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Informatica.Experience managing data pipelines, ETL processes, and real-time data transfers.Strong hands-on experience with SSH, VMs, and Linux-based troubleshooting.Familiarity with Airflow, AWS (S3, EC2, RDS, etc.), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Understanding of pharma/OAPI industry data structures is a strong plus.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Nice to Have:Prior experience in the life sciences/pharma industry.Exposure to HIPAA-compliant environments and data privacy best practices.Knowledge of scripting (Python, Shell) to automate tasks.Join us to work at the intersection of healthcare, data, and technology—making a real impact on lives through insights and innovation.
