A. POSITION SCOPE:Responsible for Sales, Service and promotional campaign in Customers in the area.Meet customers and create demand for Flexco products.To be actively and directly responsible for developing sales opportunities in relatively new market segments, in partnership with the established distribution channels.Report daily on the job as required.Follow Flexco values and vision all the time.B. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:Have to do physical demos, conduct conveyor audits and install mechanical belt fasteners. Willing to build relationships with all levels of hierarchy, understand channel strategy and build relationships with dealers and customers and establish favorable relationship with new key customers and industry participants.To participate as necessary in key sales calls and sales support negotiations with major distributors and customers in support of company goals and objectives.C. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Diploma in Engineering/ITI/Science graduate.1-2 year experience working in the industrial marketsSales experienceShould be a go getter with initiative and a self-starter.Ability to handle different hierarchy levels and work comfortably with customers like power plant, cement plant, steel plants, mines, sugar plant, etc.Should have a two wheeler.Position in 2 different locations: 1. Kalaburagi (Gulbarga) and 2. Hosapete.Should be local from the posting location or willing to shift to the location.
