Role Overview:The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned PODs at Schbang. This includes sourcing, interviewing, documentation, communication, and reporting.You are required to coordinate with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and process-driven recruitment experience.Take complete accountability for maintaining accurate candidate records, ensuring documentation compliance, and supporting hiring initiatives like campus drives and walk-in assessments.Key Responsibilities:1. End to end recruitment:● Handle job postings across various portals and social platforms.● Source and screen candidates according to the requirements shared by hiring managers.● Schedule interviews, gather timely interview feedback, and manage coordination across all interview stages.● Maintain candidate database records, ensuring all information is updated at each touchpoint● Negotiate offers with candidates in line with Schbang’s compensation guidelines.● Complete documentation formalities for selected candidates.2. Recruitment Communication:● Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates and hiring managers at every stage of the recruitment process.● Maintain email documentation for all communications, including interview scheduling, rejections, offer rollouts, and onboarding.● Ensure proper closure of all communication loops through formal invitation, rejection, and offer confirmation emails.3.Pre and Post Reference Checks:● Conduct thorough pre and post-reference checks for candidates being hired.● Verify the accuracy of the information gathered and escalate any red flags to the Talent Acquisition Partner.● Ensure the reference check process is completed before offer closure wherever applicable.4. Campus and Walkin Drive Organization:● Actively participate in organizing and conducting campus hiring drives in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Partner.● Support in organizing walk-in drives and assessment days for urgent and bulk hiring requirements.5. Recruitment Data Management● Maintain an up-to-date Candidate Database Tracker capturing key screening details and updates for every profile.● Ensure all closed positions are promptly updated on the PJ Tracker by coordinating and sharing the correct data as per the process flow.● Regularly review the Interview Feedback Tracker to ensure all feedback is collected in time.● Maintain a Daily Task Sheet to track ongoing activities.6. Reporting● Prepare and share an Individual Recruitment Report on weekly basis, detailing assigned positions, progress status, closures, and pending actions and to be shared with the Talent Partners.
