Senior Graphic DesignerAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our brand identity across all channels. From marketing campaigns to product visuals, you’ll be the visual architect who helps us tell compelling stories, differentiate in a crowded market, and convert interest into impact.You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to design assets that not only look great—but drive engagement, trust, and action.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand and Design LeadershipOwn and evolve the visual identity system, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and formats.Define and maintain design standards, guidelines, and reusable templates for global use.Collaborate with content, product, and marketing leads to bring narratives to life visually.Campaign & Content DesignDesign high-converting landing pages, ads, and social creatives for LinkedIn, email, and Google.Create visual assets for blogs, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, eBooks, and webinars.Support product marketing with pitch decks, explainer visuals, product illustrations, and use-case diagrams.Motion & Interactive Design (Optional but Preferred)Create animated banners, product walkthroughs, or explainer videos.Design interactive PDF content and immersive creative experiences for events or digital campaigns.Web and UI CollaborationCollaborate with developers on visuals for the website, microsites, and gated assets.Contribute to UX/UI design ideas and Figma-based handoffs for new product pages or components.Optimize image assets for web performance and mobile responsiveness.Cross-Functional AlignmentWork alongside performance marketers, SDRs, and product managers to quickly iterate campaign ideas.Provide creative input in brainstorming sessions and marketing planning cycles.Manage project timelines and asset requests using tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion.Requirements3–6 years of experience in a fast-paced in-house or agency design role, preferably B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.Strong portfolio showcasing campaign design, web graphics, digital ads, and brand work.Expertise in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), FigmaStrong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy across formats.Ability to translate marketing goals into clean, impactful design on time and on brand.Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and collaborating with non-design stakeholders.Bonus SkillsMotion design skills using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Lottie.Experience designing for HubSpot, Webflow, or WordPress-based pages.Familiarity with creating illustrations, icon sets, or UI elements from scratch.An eye for B2B storytelling—knowing when to simplify and when to amplify visually.What You’ll GainA visible, high-impact role shaping a fast-growing brand’s visual identity.A creative playground where your ideas will be heard, tested, and scaled.Opportunity to work on global campaigns, product visuals, and thought leadership design.Competitive compensation, flexible working, and growth opportunities in a dynamic team.
