You’ll handle inbound calls and WhatsApp queries, answer questions, resolve issues, and help pet parents feel confident and cared for every step of the way.This is a high-impact role that directly shapes the trust and experience our customers have with Awwzo.What you’ll do:Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, and other support channelsExplain Awwzo’s services, pricing, and booking process clearly and confidentlyResolve queries or concerns from pet parents with empathy and ownershipCoordinate with centre teams for smooth pickups, drop-offs, and in-stay updatesMaintain call logs, and CRM records, and escalate issues where requiredContribute ideas to improve customer experience, communication flows, and FAQsWhat we’re looking for:0-1 years of experience in voice-based customer support or hospitalityExcellent verbal communication in English (other languages a plus)Strong listening skills, patience, and a calm presence on callsFamiliarity with CRM tools, basic Excel/SheetsA genuine love for dogs and comfort talking to pet parents
