The Spa Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing daily operations of Nyasa Wellness. You will ensure seamless service delivery, uphold exceptional guest experience, manage a team of therapists and support staff, and drive the spa’s operational and financial performance. You will also play a vital role in supporting the well-being, development, and training of your team.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational ManagementOversee daily spa operations, including therapy rooms, reception, scheduling, inventory, and guest flowMaintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across all areas of the spaMonitor and manage bookings, guest preferences, and feedback to ensure personalised service deliveryMinimum 5 years’ experience in spa operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory roleGraduate or diploma in hospitality/spa management or wellness-related fieldStrong interpersonal and team management skillsKnowledge of spa treatments and products; certification in massage therapy or wellness practices is a bonusFluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)Computer proficiency (booking systems, inventory management, reporting tools)Warm, intuitive, grounded approach to service and people management
