Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with expertise in selling high-end villas priced at ₹4 crore and above. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in wealth management, luxury property sales, or financing large investments, along with a proven track record of catering to high-net-worth clients.Key Responsibilities:• Drive the sales of premium villas, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.• Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investors.• Provide personalized solutions that align with the clients’ investment goals and luxury lifestyle aspirations.• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to tap into the ultra-luxury market.Requirements:• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in selling luxury villas or high-value real estate.• Strong background in wealth management or financing large investments is a plus.• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with HNWIs.• Proven ability to close high-value deals and build long-term client relationships.• A deep understanding of the luxury real estate market in Bangalore is preferred.• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.What We Offer:• Competitive salary and attractive incentive structure.• Opportunity to work with a prestigious brand in the luxury real estate market.
