Role Summary:We are seeking a strategic and data-driven professional to lead our Workforce Planning & Analytics function. The Director will play a pivotal role in aligning workforce strategies with business goals, driving analytics to support talent decisions, optimizing workforce productivity, and building future-ready capabilities. This role will collaborate across HR, Finance, and Business leadership to ensure data-led workforce management and cost optimization.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement long-term workforce plans in alignment with organizational growth and transformation goals.Translate business strategy into actionable workforce capacity and capability models.Conduct scenario planning, demand forecasting, and skills gap analysis.Lead the development and deployment of dashboards, predictive models, and insights to inform talent strategy.Deliver executive-level reporting on workforce metrics, including attrition, headcount, productivity, engagement, DEI, etc.Partner with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners for resource forecasting, budget planning, and headcount governance.Own the processes for capacity management, location strategy, and organizational modeling.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred).15+ years of experience in Workforce Planning, People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related domains.Proven experience leading enterprise-wide workforce or talent analytics initiatives.Strong proficiency in data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and statistical tools (e.g., R, Python, SQL, Excel).Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
