Now, we're looking for a marketing brain to match the ambition of our product.Role Overview We're hiring a Marketing Analyst to bring analytical depth into everything we do - from growth to brand, performance to content. This role isn't about reporting vanity metrics - it's about influencing strategy. You'll work with campaign data, brand metrics, and content insights to inform decisions across functions. The ideal candidate has strong digital instincts, comfort with data tools, and a knack for pattern recognition.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance & Funnel Insights: - Analyze paid marketing (Meta, Google, YouTube) performance across funnels. Build dashboards that decode CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead-to-admit journeys.Improve attribution with better GA4 events, UTM tagging, and conversion tracking Brand & Awareness Intelligence: Support Brand Lift Studies and campaign effectiveness reports. Build frameworks to track shifts in awareness, consideration, and preference. Use audience cohorts and platform data to measure impact of top-funnel efforts.Content & Social Analysis: Track post-level performance on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter. Surface content formats and themes that drive reach, engagement, or shares. Map how organic + paid content influence overall brand equity. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with growth, design, and product teams for experiments & feedback loops. Analyse landing pages, creative variations, A/B test results. Work directly with leadership on special projects & campaign retrospectives.Who We're Looking For Must-Have: 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics. Skilled with GA4, Meta dashboards, Data Studio/Looker. Comfortable with digital KPIs: CAC, ROAS, CTR, etc. Strong pattern recognition & insight synthesis. Tier-1 educational background preferred (IIM, ISB, IIT, BITS, etc.).Nice to Have: Experience in ed-tech, D2C, or high-growth B2C. Familiarity with Clarity / Mixpanel / Amplitude. Exposure to SQL or Python. - Ability to build reports + narratives for leadership. Experience working with cross-functional GTM teams. Why Join Newton School?
