The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and analytical Product Analyst with 3–4 years of experience and a strong foundation in AI-focused projects. As a Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-backed product decisions, defining metrics, and working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product features and performanceYour ResponsibilitiesAnalyze product usage data to identify trends, user behavior, and areas for improvementCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI teams to define and refine product featuresEvaluate AI models’ performance through structured metrics and data interpretationCreate dashboards, reports, and insights to support strategic decisionsConduct A/B tests and experiments to evaluate product hypothesesAssist in defining product KPIs and tracking progress against themRequirements:3–4 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar analytical roleHands-on experience working on AI-driven products or collaborating with AI/ML teamsProficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python/R preferred)Experience with CI/CD pipelines and understanding of SDLC processesProficiency in using Jira for task and project managementStrong presentation and communication skillStrong problem-solving and storytelling skills with dataAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or recommendation systems is a plusEducational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fieldGood to have skillsSelf-starter and highly motivated individual who is prepared to use his/her own initiative in understanding and following up issues.Takes ownership and responsibility of problems through to resolution. Ability to work under pressure and multi-task when necessary.
