Job Title: Business Development Specialist—Web Development ProjectsLocation: RemoteExperience Required: 4–5 YearsJob Type: Full-time Mon-Fri 10 am to 7 pm About Us:Dazzlebirds Web Solutions is a leading web and app development company with over 8 years of experience, specializing in WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP frameworks, HTML5, and full-stack development.We are currently seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to help us grow our international client base and achieve our revenue goals and help us generate qualified leads across multiple channels.Key Responsibilities:Identify and qualify high-value prospects from global markets.Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth.Generate high-quality leads using LinkedIn, cold emailing, referrals, social media, partnerships, and other B2B channels.Build and manage a consistent pipeline of potential clients looking for web development services (especially WordPress).Convert potential leads into successful business deals through effective communication and follow-ups.Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and customized solutions.Identify new markets, client segments, and growth opportunities.Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term success.Consistently work towards revenue growth and achieving monthly sales KPIs.Required Skills and Qualifications:4–5 years of proven experience in business development and revenue generation, preferably in web development or IT services.In-depth understanding of WordPress development and related technologies to confidently pitch services.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing, cold outreach, email marketing, and CRM tools.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strategic thinker with a goal-driven mindset.Ability to work independently and meet targets.Questions:How can you help improve our website’s lead generation and support our paid advertising efforts?What are some tactics you have used to improve lead-to-customer conversion rates?What key performance indicators (KPIs) do you track to measure the effectiveness of your outbound marketing efforts?Can you describe the steps you take to identify and qualify potential leads for outbound marketing?How do you use market research to determine the best markets or industries to target for outbound efforts?What tools or techniques do you use to build targeted prospect lists?Note: We’re specifically looking for someone who can bring in qualified leads through LinkedIn and other outbound channels and help scale our agency's reach in global markets.
