Job Title

Location: CoimbatoreKey Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensurecompliance with aviation maintenance standards. Maintain and enhance relationships with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA)and ensure all regulatory requirements are met. Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor quality standards and implementcorrective actions as necessary. Provide regular updates to the Aviation Operating Board on quality performance andcompliance issues. Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Qualifications: Valid B1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license. Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance quality assurance. Strong knowledge of DGCA regulations and quality management systems. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
