Be inquisitive, ask tough questions and be willing to get a good understanding of what we are hiring for before you begin your search - Create compelling job postings that reflect the role and our company culture. - Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, other platforms and through referrals. - You will be the 1st person; people speak to as part of a recruitment process at Simeio. You will screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify top candidates. Make the candidates feel comfortable and pursue them the opportunity of joining Simeio - Coordinate interviews, provide candidate updates, and support a smooth hiring process. - Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely feedback communication throughout the process. - Help improve our interview process and ensure we’re asking the right questions. - Support employer branding efforts and recruitment campaigns across social channels. - Attend job fairs and virtual hiring events to build relationships with potential candidates. - Track hiring metrics and share insights to help optimize recruitment efforts. - Build and nurture talent pools for future hiring needs.What You’ll Bring/ Required Skills- A thirst for learning! We want to help you be the best you possibly can be – but you need to want to learn, collaborate and enjoy what you do. - Experience in full cycle recruiting – either in another in-house talent acquisition role or in a recruitment agency - Demonstrable track record of proactive recruitment. We don’t want you just reacting to incoming applications you need to be out there hunting for profiles and looking for hard to find candidates for Simeio - A background in a technology focused organization or environment – if you’ve knowledge of Identity & Access Management – let us know! - High activity drive to get on the phone, send lots of messages and challenge yourself to achieve high performance - You need to be organized – both from a personal point of view and also when handling processes with internal and external stakeholders - Comfortable with using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar tools). Internally we use JazzHR – if you’ve used that it’s a bonus - Passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience and building long term relationships with candidates.Other Basic Requirements- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English - Need to be competent with Microsoft Office suite of products – Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc…. - Ability to assess a candidate’s fit—skills, personality, and potential—for specific roles and team environments - Able to collaborate with hiring managers of all levels within the organization and represent the company professionally when you are dealing with external candidates, vendors or service providers - We don’t move slowly……so you need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
