Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented DTP Associate/Junior Associate to support the creation and formatting of training content including tests, assignments, DPPs, DHAs, PPTs, and practice sheets. The ideal candidate should have basic design software skills, strong typing speed (Hindi & English), and a keen eye for quality and consistency.Key Responsibilities:- Create and format academic documents: tests, DPPs, practice sheets, etc. - Use tools like CorelDraw, MathType, MS Office, Google Sheets, InDesign, Photoshop - Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency in all materials - Support and guide junior team members - Contribute to planning, organization, and reporting tasks - Align with the team’s vision and maintain efficient workflowsSkills Required:- Basic proficiency in CorelDraw, MathType, MS Office, Google Sheets, InDesign, Photoshop - Good typing speed in both Hindi and English - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability - Leadership, planning, and team coordination skills - Familiarity with PageMaker is a plusQualifications & Eligibility:- Minimum graduation or a computer course related to DTP - CGPA not a constraint - 1+ year experience in DTP/EDP roles - Startup/EdTech experience is a bonus
