GTM Engineering is an emerging field that blends sales, marketing, automations and data. Since it’s new, we’ve structured this internship as a 3-month paid training program to help you master the unique tech stack (Clay, APIs, automation tools, data pipelines, etc.) that powers modern GTM strategies. Successfully complete the program, demonstrate your skills, and you’ll transition into a full-time role working directly on client projects.On-Site in Bengaluru (HSR) To accelerate your learning, this role requires onsite presence at our HSR workspace. Working in-person with mentors ensures hands-on guidance, faster collaboration, and a deeper understanding of the tools and workflows critical to GTM Engineering.Compensation This is a paid internship with a competitive monthly stipend. Over the next few months, you could: Build systems that automate and optimize workflows for global audiences. Work with advanced tools in AI, analytics, and cross-platform integrations. Grow into leadership roles in GTM. This role offers a chance to stay ahead of the curve in a high-impact, evolving domain. What You’ll Do Train on tools like Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Make, etc. Develop projects that solve real GTM challenges for clients. Collaborate with senior GTM engineers and receive structured feedback. We’re Looking For A proactive learner with a technical inclination. You don't need to know how to code, but should have some tech inclination. Curiosity about both engineering, sales, marketing and business strategy. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
